Glide Rings says “Access needed”
In Glide Rings Settings choose Allow. Enable Glide Rings under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring, then reopen the app if macOS asks you to.
Metrics stopped changing
Check that Tracking is enabled in Glide Rings and Input Monitoring remains allowed. Glide Rings pauses counting while the tracking toggle is off.
Delete today’s statistics
Open Glide Rings Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Reset today. macOS asks for confirmation before totals are removed.
